I provide independent legal/administrative services to a variety of clients in the legal community with an emphasis on estate administration and estate accounting. Whether your requirement is simply to assist you in obtaining a Certificate of Appointment, preparing a set of Estate Accounts or you want me to handle your estate files from start to finish, I will be happy to work with you.

My services include:
  • Meeting with you and/or your client to obtain all necessary information to prepare a Statement of Original Assets and to obtain a Certificate of Appointment; 
  • Preparation of all court documentation necessary to apply for a Certificate of Appointment With or Without a Will and meet with your client to explain documents and process; 
  • Preparation of documentation required to liquidate assets of the Estate; 
  • Preparation of Statement of Accounts including Capital Receipts, Capital Disbursements, Revenue Receipts, Revenue Disbursements, Executor’s Compensation and all bank activity statements; 
  • Preparation of Release documentation for beneficiaries together with the preparation of a Statement of Assets & Distribution for approval by beneficiaries; 
  • Preparation of legal and trustee accounts and filing for the final Clearance Certificate. 
  • Preparation of Estate Information Return required for filing with The Ministry of Finance.
